At tilt total training we combine core training with strength training and give the participant an energizing work out that focuses on the deepest muscle layers that are central to movement. Most training and conditioning focus on the superficial muscles that move our upper and lower torso, hence arms and legs. Core Fusion group classes are designed for members to improve power, balance, and strength. Balance work is emphasized and the deep layers of the core abdominal region are targeted. Our motto at tilt, “for a strong spine, a strong core.” Core Fusion training is integrated into Personal Training programs by our expert trainers.
