Private personal training is frequently used for advances in Sports Specific Training, Rehabilitation (pre and post-surgery), Weight loss, and General fitness. This method of Personal training is accomplished in a series of individually designed one-on-one sessions between one of our professional fitness trainer/coach(s) and a single tilt member client.
Semi-private personal training is also frequently used for advances in Sports Specific Training, Rehabilitation (pre and post-surgery), Weight loss, and General fitness. Semi-private sessions add one additional element to the training session that the one-on-one sessions are missing; that of pier challenge. By adding in this additional element to the personal training environment we see added benefit to each individual client. By adding the sense of healthy pier pressure this method of Personal training has become the most effective training technique in sustaining the persistence and consistency a long term successful fitness management program entails. This training styles is accomplished in a series of uniquely designed multi client sessions between one of our professional fitness trainer/coach(s) and a small team of tilt member clients.
