Experience, commitment and an in-depth knowledge of body mechanics and movement are among the qualities of our trainer coaches.  Commit to tilt personal training and you can expect trainer coaches who are dedicated to creating highly personalized programs, no matter what your fitness level.  Our trainer coaches will help you reach both your short and long-term goals.  Want to stay healthy?  This package is for you.  If strength or weight loss is one of your fitness goals and you have the dedication needed to achieve excellent results, then you have come to the right place.  Private & semi-private sessions are available for the following modalities: personal training/coaching, cycling, rowing, yoga and Pilates and are interchangeable when you commit to the (T1).  This package is an automatic payment option package design for people who do not want to worry about renewing packages every month.  This is an Auto Renew program which continues for 12-months. You simply select how many times a week you want to be trained and the rest is automatic.  Express sessions and sessions greater than 4 per week are available upon request. Ongoing assessments are performed 6-8 weeks and are included in this package.

classes(T2)This is an unlimited class package set up on an auto renew program.  Do you need a highly motivating cardio workout? If the answer is yes, then tilt is the place you want to be. There are 3 energizing cardio workouts to choose from: cycling, rowing and core fusion. Whichever class you choose, one thing is for sure. You will burn calories, lose fat, increase cardio-respiratory endurance and raise endorphin levels all at the same time. If you are finding it difficult to make time in your schedule to take a class and there is a specific class and time that you need scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate you.  T2 gives you the ultimate in flexibility and all classes are scheduled by appointment only, so you are always guaranteed a spot. Please note that heart rate monitors are strongly recommended and we include free set up and training. This is an Auto Renew program which continues for 12-months

combo(T3)
It’s as easy as 1,2,3! The T3 combo pack is the most highly innovative training package offered in any facility across the nation. There is no guesswork when a client commits to T3 where highly personalized workouts with one of our exceptional trainer coaches (T1) and classes (T2) are combined for a total fitness regimen (T3). This selection is best for clients who are looking for rapid results in body transformation and performance.  Please make sure you are available to commit to this life altering program and you have our T3 guarantee. You won’t regret going for this. This is the true “biggest loser” or should we say the “biggest winner” that is offered at tilt total training. Combo includes a minimum of 2 training sessions per week and unlimited classes. Ongoing assessments are done 6-8 weeks.

boot camp
 

Boot Camp is designed for multiple levels of fitness.  Whether you are looking to shed a few pounds or get totally ripped, Boot Camp is for you! Our camp is not just push-ups, sit-ups and jumping-jacks, it is a series of exercises designed to increase heart rate and stimulate muscle growth simultaneously. Boot Camps are performed in groups of 10 or more.  3 sessions per week for 6-weeks. There is a 2-week break between camps which is used for rest and make-up classes that were cancelled. I.e. weather.
